Return/Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange an unused handset or tablet within 7 calendar days of purchase.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges are permitted within 7 days without any fees as long as the phone is new, unused and undamaged.

OmegaCell Communications reserves the right to inspect any item before approving a refund. Should the item not meet these specifications, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to the original address of the order.

Under no circumstance will any item be refunded should the situation fall outside of these conditions.

SIM cards, vouchers, headsets, cases and Clear Coat are non-refundable.

Pricing Policy

We at OmegaCell Communications strive to provide our customers with the best pricing and service available. Should you find a product advertised at a lower price online please contact us at and we will match the price if it meets the criteria.

Price Matching Policy Criteria

- Competitor must be a registered Canadian company (GST Number) shipping products from Canada and it must be in-stock, ready to be shipped out within 3 business days (ie. No drop shippers) at time of price matching. 

- The item must be identical which includes carrier branding versus non-branded handsets. It must be the same model number and color. 

- The item must not be on sale; we will price-match any regular price only.  A sale is any price that is lowered for a temporary period of time.

- We do not charge for shipping within Canada, it is included in all our prices. The matched price will include any shipping fees charged by the competitor.

- We do not charge any payment processing fees. Some competitors charge additional fees for using a credit card or PayPal to send payment. If that is the case, we will add the same fees to the price of the price match
