Pre-Orders

We make every effort to ensure that the arrival date displayed on the site is accurate however it is the ultimate decision of the manufacturer as to when the phone is released and available. For this reason, the displayed date is an estimate only. Regardless of when the item arrives to us, you will always be among the firsts to get the item and the estimated date is never a guarantee.

Please do not pre-order items if you have a very specific date in mind that you need to have the item by.


Orders shipped within Canada:

All orders shipped with Canada are shipped by Purolator Courier Air at no additional cost. This includes Air service which reaches most Canadian destinations on the following business day and the package is insured for $100. If you would like additional insurance added to your order, please contact us.

All items will be shipped with 5 business days of the order being placed approved. If there is ever to be a delay beyond this time frame, will we will notify you immediately. You are under no obligation to proceed with the order if the time frame beyond 5 days is unacceptable to you.

Orders shipped outside of Canada:

We do not ship web orders outside of Canada. If you are outside of Canada and you are interested in any of our products, please contact us via email.

EDMONTON AND AREA

All orders for Edmonton and Area residents should be made in store. We are not able to ship any orders to addresses in the greater Edmonton area. If you place an order online and request shipment in the Edmonton area, it will be held for pickup in the store. You will be asked to bring the card that was used online and to provide matching photo identification.
