Return Policy

You may return an unused handset within 7 calendar days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges are permitted within 7 days without any fees as long as the phone is new, unused and undamaged.

OmegaCell Communications reserves the right to inspect any item before approving a refund. Should the item not meet these specifications, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to the original address of the order.

Under no circumstance will any item be refunded should the situation fall outside of these conditions.
